Red resin (FunToDo Industrial Blend Red)
The hardness of the fully cured resin is 75 shore D.
It has been tested from -45C to +225C.
Low resolution, high speed resin.
The parts can be painted so any colour is really possible.
Example of the resolution: Chinese characters that are 5mm x 5mm in size will bleed together and will not be readable.
Some layering will be visible with this resin if we print using standard speed.
Using continuous printing we are able to get a super smooth finish. Finish will be affected by the printing method and orientation. Imagine a wall at an angle of 45 degrees. The side of the wall facing the build plate will be smooth when printing continuous printing and the side facing away will be layered when printing using continuous printing.
When printing using standard speed the side facing away from the build plate will be the smooth side. Continuous printing needs good resin flow. We are able to print objects up to an X/Y size of 325mm x 180mm at 0.5mm per minute with this resin.
Black resin (FunToDo Deep Black)
The hardness of the fully cured resin is 81 shore D.
High resolution, low speed resin.
We are able to print objects up to an X/Y size of 200mm x 113mm with this resin with the super speed add-on. Without the super speed add-on this size will just take too long and the maximum size will have to be halved.
This resin is not castable.
In some cases you will have a bit of layering. We could configure the print in a way to try and reduce the layering as much as possible, but this could also reduce the detail.
White resin (FunToDo Show White)
The hardness of the fully cured resin is 83 shore D.
Medium resolution, low speed resin, extremely smooth.
We are able to print objects up to an X/Y size of 200mm x 113mm with this resin with the super speed add-on.
This resin is not castable. It is possible to change the colour of the resin using pigment that we supply. Any pigment added will make the resin slower, especially adding dark pigment like black to the resin.
In some cases prints could have a production quality smooth finish, but some detail will be lost.
Castable Yellow resin (Vitang)
The resin creates very soft rubbery type objects. Any layering on the object can normally be smoothed out by your thumb.
We are able to print objects up to a size of 80mm x 45mm in this resin and a height of 50mm. The layer height is between 10 micron and 30 micron.
